Services
Mediation services, rooms and resources.
Most disputes that would otherwise become a costly and uncertain civil court claim can be mediated. We provide the mediator, a neutral place to meet, and practical resources to help parties prepare.
What we offer
Three ways we support a resolution.
Mediation services
An experienced, neutral mediator guides the parties from first contact to a recorded agreement, following the same clear structure each time.
Rooms
Neutral meeting rooms with space for joint sessions and private breakout discussions. Remote mediation is available when parties cannot meet in person.
Resources
A mediation agreement template, sample mediation clauses and short articles that explain the process and help parties prepare.
Dispute areas we mediate
Common types of dispute where mediation helps.
The subject areas below reflect the disputes we see most often. If your matter is not listed, ask us and we will tell you whether mediation is likely to suit.
Commercial disputes

Employment relations

Property and leases
Property, lease and boundary disputes resolved without the delay and uncertainty of a hearing.
Wills, estates and trusts
Estate and trust disagreements between trustees, settlors, beneficiaries and family members.
Relationship property and family
